I love the way you wrote this up and believe me if I lived close Id come for coffee. YOu got a Viatamis? Ivew been dying to have one of those. In fact I was discussing the very thing with my brother on Christmas day and telling him how badly I wanted one! Okay now I know what I will ask for next year. I didnt even think of asking for it for christmas! LOL

This post made me cry. :-P I wish we were neighbors!

I'll excuse your boys using everything as a weapon if they can excuse my girls *constant* loud squealing. We've had many the boy over here who had their hands over their ears after a few minutes. My Batty's also especially good about screaming in people's faces. For fun, lol.

I don't have any cookies, but I'll think about you as I eat something out of my Whitman's sampler. :)

I liked this post very much!

If You Give a Pig a Pancake... that's what this post sounds like. :)

My younger son would love it quite a lot to come and play with your boys, and I'd love to have a cup of coffee with you! I know what you mean about the community online being a poor excuse for a real community, but that's the situation I find myself in as well. Online is better than seclusion.

I loved this post. We'd come over and I don't care about messes (you should see my house!). My girls wouldn't quite know what to do but they might perplex the boys as well.

What a beautiful post! You mentioned once (in a comment) that my family must've passed right by your house in our travels across the state -- well, next time maybe I'll just have to find out which house is yours, and drop in for that coffee! (Trust me -- if your house happens to be a mess, and I happen to even notice that, the only reaction you'll get from me is a relieved, "Oh, thank goodness, I'm not alone!!!")

What a wonderful, crazy, full-of-life home you have. Sounds like you truly appreciate it, too.

Merry Christmas, all season long! :)

Warmly,
Eileen
