Yum. Ive never had an asparagus quiche. Sounds wonderful!

Do you have wild asparagus growing in the hedgerows up there? We used to in MO, my Grandpa would bring in TONS of it every spring, though not all of it was what I'd consider edible. Several memorable spears made better swords or walking sticks than dinner ingredients!
