Jewel weed is also great for poison ivy rashes. Just split the stem and rub on some of the goop.


Great caterpillar photos! Looked in my guide and I think it's a Hickory Tussock Moth--p. 472 of my Caterpillars of Eastern North American Guide (David Wagner). We're seeing those, too. Really enjoying all your nature photos.
