Congratulations. How blessed you are.
I will pray you get the rest you need with your dynamite boys.
Would you believve the children and I still pray for twins and Corbyn 3, prays ever night for 'two brothers called Michael and John.'

Many Blessings

Hugs Angela, praying that everyone feels better SOON! Like, now. :)

Thanks, everyone. :-) Fevers in 2 of 3 seem to be pretty much gone this morning, so hopefully they'll all be on the mend soon.

May I humbly ask - before you take off on this mini blogging break - how you upload/import/copy images of books to the sidebar of your blog? I've been following you for about three years or so and have finally, after much praying, decided to come out of the closet - so to speak - and start my own blog. I'm trying to navigate in a world where I am technologically challenged. I feel comfortable with you - as weird as that sounds since we've never talked - and don't quite know anyone personally who is doing a blog or knows about this stuff. My library "Blogging for Dummies" book is outdated and, even if it wasn't, I have NO idea what they are talking about. Thank you for any information you have to share!

Amy, there really is a "Blogging for Dummies" book? Wow. I only know how to do book covers on the sidebar with typepad. If you're using Blogger or Wordpress, I'm not exactly sure how you do it -- not being very technologically literate myself, unfortunately.

Anyway, if you're using typepad, you would go to the Library tab and click Typelists. Then you would create a typelist, choosing Books from the drop-down menu that says, "What Kind of List do you want to create?" Then you name the list.

After you've created the list, I believe that typepad asks you which blog you want to publish it on. In order to add books to the list, you'd click the Add tab when your typelist is open. Then you'd type in the title of the book you want to add to the Quick Add space and click Go. It should come back with a list of possibilities. You click on the one you want to add to your list, then save changes. That's it.

If you have a long list, you'll have to go into Settings (you're still in the typelist you're working on) and adjust the number of books displayed at one time. I think it's automatically set at 5 or 10 or something.

If you're using blogger, might I suggest that you ask Jen at Wildflowers and Marbles or Erin at Seven Little Australians Plus One? Both of them have some very nice sidebars, are very friendly, and know how to add book covers in blogger :-)

(If you're using Wordpress, I think you may have to use Shelfari or some other widget like that... not sure how you find it, but you may be able to click on the widget from someone else's blog and from there make your own.)

Thank you for your kind advice! My husband helped me figure it out. Funny, he does not really "do" blogs at all, yet he knew how to do all the stuff I had questions about. I love having a man around with logic skills that I never felt graced with! Anyway, will be praying for your boys. I hope things are getting better. We went through swine flu - all 5 kids and husband with fevers up to 105.6 - and I know how scary it can be. I was spared - by God's grace only - as HE knew I would be needed to fight with everyone else down.
